Alliance Francaise of Wuhan is now selecting the 12 candidates who will have the chance to join an intensive professional program of 16 weeks (20 August-20 December 2015) in the North of Paris.
The program will take place in the Trades and Crafts Chamber of Seine Saint Denis.
The reputation of this ultramodern training centre is based on the quality of its equipments and teaching team. It wins every year the most prestigious prizes (best Baguette of Paris, best Croissant, best youngest baker...)
Within 4 months, you will be able to master all French bakery skills, techniques and recipes, renowned worldwide. This will bring you plenty of job opportunities (luxurious hotels and restaurants, bakeries and pastry chains...) or allow you to create your own business.
This unique program offers you a full training as well as a tailored service, from the day of your subscription until your return in China:
- practical training by some of the best bakery chefs and instructors
- courses in business administration and management (in partnership with Paris 13 University)
- visits and meetings with experts in bakery field
- excursions in Paris
The cost of this unique training is all-included (scholarship, tools and uniforms, international and domestic transportation, administrative fees and visa, on-campus housing and lunches, excursions).
A level A2 in French language is required to take part in this program. In order to reach this level, Wuhan Alliance Francaise allows you to follow a specialised French language training this summer before leaving to France.
The national selection will be made in Wuhan on June 26th.
